Location: Sector 94, Gurugram (On-site)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role:
SparrowBytes FinTech Solutions is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who is passionate about online marketing and eager to learn. This internship will provide hands-on experience in SEO, social media marketing, paid campaigns, and analytics. You will work closely with our marketing team to implement and monitor digital strategies aimed at boosting brand visibility and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating and scheduling posts.
• Conduct keyword research and support in SEO activities (on-page & off-page).
• Monitor website traffic, engagement metrics, and provide performance reports.
• Assist in running email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Research industry trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with designers and content writers for creatives and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with problem-solving ability.
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.

Stipend & Benefits:

• 1st Month: No stipend
• From 2nd Month onwards: Performance-based stipend ranging from ₹3,000 to ₹6,000 per month
• Certificate of Internship on successful completion
• Hands-on experience with real digital marketing campaigns
