You will be joining Dare2Gear, a leading adventure and travel agency in Noida, Sector 62, on a full-time basis for a duration of 3 months with a stipend ranging from 5k to 8k. Dare2Gear is dedicated to crafting unique experiences for cycling and outdoor enthusiasts. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Regular Posting & Content Creation:** - Plan and execute a consistent posting schedule on Instagram and Facebook. - Create engaging posts, reels, carousels, and stories in alignment with the brand's identity. - **Research & Competitor Analysis:** - Stay updated on the latest social media trends through market research. - Analyze competitors to propose innovative strategies for enhancing engagement. - **Community Engagement & Customer Interaction:** - Actively engage with customers, followers, and potential leads through likes, comments, and interactions. - Cultivate and nurture relationships through meaningful interactions and prompt responses to DMs and comments. - **Storytelling & Interactive Content:** - Share daily stories using polls, Q&A sessions, and live updates. - Capture events, tours, and customer experiences through engaging storytelling. - **Performance Tracking & Growth Strategies:** - Monitor engagement metrics and suggest enhancements for likes, shares, comments, and follower count. - Experiment with different content formats to maximize reach and engagement. - **Profile Optimization & Branding:** - Ensure that profile elements such as bio, highlights, and pinned posts are well-optimized. - Maintain a consistent visual and brand aesthetic across platforms. - **Making Event Live on Different Platforms:** - Ensure that upcoming events are made live on multiple platforms such as BookMyShow and Townscript. **Requirements:** - Passion for social media marketing. - Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms and trends. - Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools are preferred. - Good communication and research skills. - Self-motivated and eager to learn. **Why Join Us ** - Gain hands-on experience in social media marketing for an adventure brand. - Work in a dynamic and creative environment. - Opportunity to transition this internship into a permanent role based on performance. - Acquire insights into the travel and adventure industry.
