Job Description

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Intern will support the digital marketing team in managing online marketing activities, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and digital lead generation. The role involves working with various digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts, stories, and campaigns.
Help manage company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Support in running Facebook and Google Ads campaigns under supervision.
Conduct keyword research and basic on-page SEO tasks.
Track website and social media performance using analytics tools.
Assist in designing creatives for digital campaigns using Canva or similar tools.
Write captions, post descriptions, and email content drafts.
Manage WhatsApp broadcast lists and email campaign lists.
Support online franchise lead generation initiatives.

Required Skills:

Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, Ads, Email marketing).
Good written communication and creative thinking.
Proficiency in Canva, MS Excel, and social media scheduling tools.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
