Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial calls, video meetings, and in-person presentations to explain the Pickzi Mart business model, benefits, investment details, and ROI expectations. Maintain and manage a database of leads, prospects, and pipeline status. Coordinate property search assistance and site visits for shortlisted franchise applicants. Handle financial discussions, proposal submissions, and final agreement closures. Ensure collection of franchise fees and documentation as per company policies. Maintain accurate sales reports, franchise prospect trackers, and performance records. Provide regular updates and reports to the Franchise Sales Head/Business Development Head. Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns for franchise lead generation. Work closely with operations, project, and accounts teams for franchise onboarding and store opening support. Represent Pickzi Mart at local trade fairs, franchise exhibitions, and networking events when required. Key Skills & Requirements: Proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or retail expansion (FMCG/Retail industry preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple leads and deliver sales targets within deadlines. Knowledge of retail operations, investment structures, and local market conditions. Customer-oriented approach with a passion for entrepreneurship and retail business.
