Role & responsibilities

  • Strategy Development & Execution:

    Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for properties and services, aligning with business objectives.
  • Campaign Management:

    Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising (PPC, display, video).
  • Lead Generation:

    Implement strategies to generate leads from potential buyers and sellers.
  • Market Analysis:

    Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
  • Performance Optimization:

    Monitor campaign performance, analyze data using web analytics tools, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Budget Management:

    Manage the marketing budget efficiently and ensure cost-per-lead (CPL) targets are met.
  • Team & Vendor Leadership:

    Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
  • Content & Brand Consistency:

    Ensure consistent brand messaging and content quality across all digital channels.
  • Website & CRM Integration:

    Oversee the website's user experience and ensure seamless integration with CRM systems for lead nurturing.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Real Estate Expertise:

    Strong understanding of the real estate market and its digital marketing landscape.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency:

    Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing (Meta Ads), PPC, and display/video campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Ability to analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager to identify trends and optimize performance.
  • Leadership & Communication:

    Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Project Management:

    Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and external vendor relationships.
  • Qualifications:

    Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing within the real estate sector.
