Job Overview:We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with experience in promoting farm house and plot sales. The candidate should have strong digital marketing skills, a good understanding of real estate audiences, and the ability to generate quality leads through online campaigns. Key Responsibilities:Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.). Generate high-quality leads for farm house and plot projects. Manage social media pages, create engaging content, and monitor performance. Run paid advertising campaigns and optimize them for conversions. Handle SEO, website content updates, and landing page improvements. Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools. Create marketing creatives, brochures, reels, and promotional posts. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead flow and campaign effectiveness. Stay updated on digital trends, competitor strategies, and market behavior. Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing for real estate—especially farm house and plot sales. Strong knowledge of social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation. Ability to create content (posts, captions, short videos). Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager). Creative mindset with strong execution skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
