Digital Marketing Executive

Sarha is a fast-growing premium saree brand building a strong D2C presence alongside marketplaces like Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon & Ajio. We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Digital Marketing Executive who loves improving websites, funnels and conversions and wants to grow a fashion brand from the inside.

What You’ll Work On

• Own and optimise Sarha’s Shopify website

• Improve product pages, landing pages & customer journey

• Track and improve conversion rate, traffic & revenue

• Coordinate with performance marketing agency (Meta / Google)

• Plan and manage UGC content & campaign creatives

• Set up and optimise Email / WhatsApp / SMS flows

• Focus on revenue generation through website sales

• Manage catalog, collections, festive drops & merchandising

• Create weekly/monthly performance reports with insights

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years experience in D2C / Shopify / E-commerce

• Strong understanding of funnels, CRO & e-commerce metrics

• Comfortable working on Shopify, Excel/Sheets & basic creatives

• Someone proactive, fast-moving and ownership-driven

• Interest in fashion, digital growth & problem-solving

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Exposure to Meta / Google Ads

• Experience with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or WhatsApp tools

• Worked with influencers or UGC creators

• Basic Canva / creative editing skills
