Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to handle our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and building strong customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
• Manage and grow presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter (X), and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) aligned with the brand’s voice and goals.
• Plan & execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms.
• Monitor performance through analytics tools, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design and content team for creatives and marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with latest social media trends, tools, and competitor activities.
• Handle online reputation management & timely response to customer queries/messages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Social Media Executive/Manager.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms & paid ads.
• Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps).
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to track & improve performance.
