Digital Marketing Executive – Web3 Projects

About the Company

We are a leading blockchain development company delivering high-quality Web3 products including DeFi platforms, NFT marketplaces, token launches, staking dashboards, and more. We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can promote our Web3 products across global digital channels.

Job Summary

You will lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid advertising, content channels, and Web3 communities. The ideal candidate understands crypto culture, has experience with Twitter, Telegram, and Meta Ads, and is comfortable with SEO and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns for Web3 products (DeFi, NFTs, tokens)
• Plan and execute paid advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and Twitter
• Manage social media content and growth for LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, Discord
• Run Airdrop, Giveaway & Community growth campaigns
• Collaborate with design and development teams for landing pages and product launches
• Track performance via analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Dashboard)
• Handle SEO, blog planning, and keyword analysis for project websites
• Research market trends, competitors, and blockchain user behavior

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Web3/crypto culture, community behavior, and trends
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media tools
• Hands-on with Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, and Google Analytics
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and deadline-driven

Bonus (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• Prior experience marketing crypto/NFT/DeFi projects
• Knowledge of tools like Zealy (Crew3), Galxe, Notion
• Familiar with Discord/Twitter marketing strategies for token launches

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
