Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to manage and optimize paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of digital ad platforms, audience targeting, A/B testing, and ROI-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities :Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns. Manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) to achieve performance goals. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign budget planning. Analyze campaign performance metrics and create detailed performance reports. Continuously test and improve ad creatives, copy, and landing pages. Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing platforms. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing strategies. Requirements: 1–3 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads. Google Ads Certification (preferred). Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Excellent understanding of CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and campaign optimization techniques. Ability to handle multiple campaigns across different industries (if applicable).
