Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Location: Sharekhan Ltd – Konnagar Branch Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Salary Range: ₹10000 – ₹12,000 per month Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute our branch-level online marketing initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media presence, and running targeted online campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients. Key Responsibilities & KRA: Social Media Management & Posting Handle and update our Facebook Page with regular posts, offers, and updates. Create and upload Instagram reels to increase engagement and reach. Post and manage YouTube content for branch marketing. Content Creation & Design Use Canva to create high-quality brand posters, banners, and marketing creatives. Create engaging videos and edit them for promotional purposes. Regularly post photos and videos relevant to branch events and activities. Advertising & Campaign Management Run Facebook Ads and manage budget allocations for maximum ROI. Run and monitor Google My Business (GMB) Ads for lead generation. Optimize ad performance and adjust targeting strategies. Marketing Coordination Plan and execute weekly and monthly digital marketing activities. Work closely with the branch manager to align campaigns with branch objectives. Maintain and update online brand presence to reflect ongoing campaigns. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Google Ads. Proficiency in Canva for designing creatives. Basic video editing skills. Good understanding of digital marketing strategies. Creativity and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in digital marketing (preferred). Educational qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Digital Marketing. Knowledge of capital market basics will be an added advantage.
