Key Responsibilities

SEO
- Perform complete
on-page SEO
: keyword research, metadata optimization, content updates, internal linking, schema, site speed improvements, etc. - Execute
off-page SEO
: outreach, link building, guest posting, business listings, brand mentions. - Perform technical SEO checks and take corrective actions.
- Track keyword rankings and organic traffic performance.
AI / Generative AI SEO
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, etc.) to speed up keyword research, topical clustering, content outlines, metadata, and internal linking suggestions.
- Generate SEO-optimized content drafts using AI while ensuring originality, factual accuracy, and alignment with brand voice.
- Apply AI to identify content gaps, search intent clusters, and quick-win keyword opportunities.
- Leverage AI for SERP and competitor analysis to extract insights and build action plans.
- Create AI-assisted topical maps and content clusters to expand organic visibility.
- Execute programmatic SEO using AI where suitable (metadata at scale, FAQ schema, location-based pages, etc.).
- Validate all AI-generated content using plagiarism checks, fact-checks, and EEAT standards before publishing.
Growth Marketing / Multi-Platform Traffic
- Generate traffic from platforms beyond Google such as
Quora, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Medium, YouTube, and niche communities
. - Identify new traffic opportunities and run growth experiments.
- Create & distribute content effectively across platforms to drive discovery and engagement.
WordPress
- Publish, format, and optimize blog posts & pages on WordPress.
- Update plugins, add internal links, optimize media & layouts where needed.
- Understanding of basic WordPress tools/page builders is a plus (Elementor, Gutenberg etc.)
Content Collaboration
- Work with writers/teams to decide topics, keywords, briefs & content structure.
- Ensure content meets search intent and drives traffic/conversions.
