Role Overview

Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for real estate projects.
• Design visually appealing creatives for social media, websites, brochures, and digital ads.
• Manage SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Maintain and update websites, landing pages, and other digital platforms.
• Work closely with the sales and project teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and real estate marketing tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and some basics of graphic design, specifically in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM tools, and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
