With a competitive edge in the market, this full-time office role in Bengaluru requires 7-12+ years of experience in the real estate industry, along with proficiency in Kannada reading. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with different departments and landowners to gather essential property details and documents. You will be tasked with compiling necessary documentation, drafting various legal documents such as title opinions, agreements, and notices while ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and statutory requirements. Collaborating closely with the Liaison Department, you may need to secure revenue documents and handle court-related matters. This involves preparing and filing pleadings, maintaining court diaries, and monitoring the progress of pending cases with external advocates. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree, preferably supplemented by a Masters in Law or Business Law, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.
