Legal Associate - Real Estate

As a Legal Documentation Specialist at Sammys Dreamland Co. Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with various departments and landowners to gather essential property details and documents. You will be tasked with compiling available documents, identifying additional documentation needs, and presenting them to the management for review. It will be your duty to draft various legal documents such as Preliminary title flow, MOU, Joint Development Agreement, Sales Deed, Agreement to Sell, Agreement to Build, among others, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and legal requirements. Collaboration with the Liaison Department will be essential, including acquiring revenue documents like RTCs, ECs through RTI applications when necessary. You will also be responsible for maintaining a control sheet for all court matters, preparing and filing pleadings and court-related papers, as well as representing the company in court cases before different authorities. In addition, you will need to regularly follow up with external advocates on the progress of ongoing cases, maintain the court diary, and handle judgment/order/decrees copies. Keeping track of land bank and project-specific legal documentation, compiling suit filed accounts, and preparing statements related to new property acquisitions will also fall under your purview. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree, preferably complemented by a Masters in Law/Business Law, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.
