Legal Associate - Real Estate

As a Legal Document Specialist at Sammys Dreamland Co. Pvt. Ltd., your role involves: - Documentation and Coordination with different departments & Land Owners to obtain necessary property details, documents, and information. - Compiling available documents, identifying further documentation requirements, and presenting the same to the Management for analysis. - Drafting legal documents (Preliminary title flow and title opinion, MOU, Joint Development Agreement, Sales Deed, Agreement to Sell, Agreement to Build, reply notices to the complaints, public notice, police complaints, etc.) ensuring adherence to Organizational guidelines and statutory requirements. - Working closely with the Liaison Department, including securing revenue documents such as RTCs, ECs, etc., if need be by way of RTI applications. - Preparing a control sheet for all court matters, filing pleadings and court-related papers, and giving evidence on behalf of the Company in court cases before all the authorities including civil/criminal/revenue/Police Station or any other authorities. - Periodically following up with external advocates on the progress of pending cases, maintaining the court diary, obtaining and filing the judgment/order/decree copy, and maintaining land bank and project-wise legal documentation. - Compiling suit filed account and preparing statements with respect to new property acquisitions. Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelor of Law (LLB) preferably with a Masters in Law/Business Law. - 3+ years of experience relevant to the real estate industry.,
