Job Summary

preferable from Bengaluru, Karnataka and having fluency in Kannada

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs for villas, apartments, plotted developments, clubhouses, and commercial spaces.

2. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentations, 3D models, and working drawings.

3. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to integrate multidisciplinary design inputs.

4. Participate in design discussions, client meetings, and site visits.

5. Ensure compliance with local bye-laws, building codes, and project requirements.

6. Support in preparing documentation for approvals, tenders, and construction drawings.

7. Work closely with senior architects, project managers, and engineers during design development and execution stages.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture from a recognized university.

2. 13 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.

3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.

4. Basic knowledge of construction detailing, material specifications, and site coordination.

5. Good communication and presentation skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Exposure to layout development or plotted projects will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with sustainable design or green building concepts.

2. Familiarity with 3D rendering software such as Lumion etc.

3. Basic understanding of infrastructure and services integration in layouts.
