Job Summary

Luxury Telemarketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Sales Excellence

  • Proactive Client Outreach:

    Conduct high-volume outbound calls (cold and warm) to a meticulously curated list of high-net-worth (HNW) prospects and existing clientele to promote new collections, exclusive events, personalized services, and special offers.
  • Brand Ambassador:

    Serve as a true ambassador for the brand, ensuring every telephonic interaction upholds the highest standards of luxury customer service, professionalism, and brand aesthetic.
  • Consultative Selling:

    Engage in sophisticated, consultative conversations to deeply understand the client's preferences, lifestyle, and needs, then recommend products or services that align perfectly with their profile.
  • Target Achievement:

    Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation, appointment setting, and sales revenue targets (KPIs).
  • Objection Handling:

    Masterfully handle objections and sensitive inquiries with grace, patience, and expert product knowledge, transforming potential concerns into opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Ecommerce Marketing:

    Handling existing ecommerce platforms and get it listed on other platforms.

Data Management & Collaboration

  • CRM and Clienteling:

    Accurately record all call details, client feedback, purchase history, and preference data in the luxury CRM system (

  • Lead Nurturing:

    Perform strategic follow-up calls and coordinate multi-channel communication (email, personal notes) to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Inter-Departmental Collaboration:

    Work closely with the Retail Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to ensure seamless client handoffs, align telemarketing campaigns with product launches, and provide valuable market feedback on client responses and trends.

Product & Brand Expertise

  • Deep Product Knowledge:

    Maintain an exhaustive and current knowledge of all product lines, including materials, craftsmanship, heritage, and unique selling points (USPs) to convey the brand story and product value convincingly.
  • Market Awareness:

    Stay informed on luxury market trends, competitor activities, and the socio-economic factors influencing our target clientele.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional Communication & Articulation:

    Impeccable verbal communication skills with a clear, engaging, and professional phone presence. Ability to speak eloquently and articulately on complex and nuanced product details.
  • High Emotional Intelligence (EQ) & Empathy:

    Ability to quickly build rapport, practice active listening, and demonstrate genuine empathy to understand and anticipate the needs of a demanding luxury client.
  • Persuasion & Negotiation:

    Highly developed persuasive and closing skills, coupled with the ability to negotiate tactfully while always preserving the integrity of the brand.
  • Resilience and Professionalism:

    Ability to remain poised, positive, and professional under pressure and in the face of rejection.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Proficiency in CRM software (
