Job Description

Role Overview

enhancing MOTMs online visibility, generating awareness, and creating engaging content

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Building & Awareness

  • Manage and grow MOTM’s digital presence across platforms such as

    LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and the company website

    .
  • Develop creative marketing campaigns to increase brand recognition and reach.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Plan and create engaging social media posts, videos, and infographics that showcase MOTM’s expertise and client success stories.
  • Write blog articles, case studies, and website content to highlight services, achievements, and thought leadership.
  • Maintain a regular content calendar and coordinate with design teams for creatives.

3. Performance Marketing

  • Plan and execute

    paid campaigns

    (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) to drive visibility and leads.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and optimize based on results.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.

4. SEO & Website Optimization

  • Improve website ranking and visibility through on-page and off-page SEO activities.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize landing pages, blogs, and meta descriptions.
  • Work with developers and content teams to enhance website performance and user experience.

5. Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like

    Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite

    to track engagement and performance.
  • Prepare monthly reports highlighting campaign insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Present data-driven insights to management for better marketing decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in

    digital marketing or content marketing

    , preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Google Ads, SEO, and LinkedIn Ads
    • Canva or other design tools
    • Social media management tools
    • Basic video editing or storytelling skills (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret marketing data.
  • Creative thinker who can turn business concepts into compelling stories.
