As a Social Media Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for actively monitoring and reviewing user comments, suggestions, feedback, and complaints across various social platforms. Your role will involve promptly responding to negative comments and feedback, addressing complaints within specified timeframes to enhance the user experience with the brand.
