About Us:Kites Tour and Travels is a government-approved recruitment and travel agency specializing in overseas manpower placement, Umrah & Hajj services, and international air ticketing. We are rapidly expanding our operations across India and internationally, and we are looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote recruitment services, Umrah packages, and travel deals. Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube. Create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, stories, and promotional videos. Monitor and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn). Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic traffic to our website and landing pages. Handle email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp business broadcasts. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and social insights tools. Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for ad creatives. Generate leads for overseas manpower recruitment and B2B travel services. Requirements:Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 1–2 years preferred). Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, and content marketing. Strong communication and creative writing skills. Experience in using Canva, ChatGPT, or AI tools for content generation is a plus. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with recruitment, travel, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
