Description
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a diverse skill set to join our team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a significant role in driving website traffic, improving conversion rates, and supporting our overall marketing and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid social media advertising Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and conversions Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure consistent brand messaging Manage the company's social media accounts and grow audience engagement Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or similar role Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and performance marketing Proficient in using analytics and reporting tools Excellent communication and project management skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce Graphic design or basic video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certification Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
