The ideal candidate should possess a solid grasp of Facebook Ads Manager and campaign setup, a keen interest in digital marketing and analytics, and be willing to work night shifts at the Dehradun office. Effective communication skills, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn are essential qualities for this role. Training will be provided for freshers.
