Digital marketing Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with strong knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Campaigns, and Content Creation. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels while driving measurable results for brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO & Website Optimization
• Conduct keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization.
• Monitor site performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
• Optimize website structure, metadata, and content to improve organic ranking.
• Social Media Management
• Develop and execute creative strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Manage content calendar, community engagement, and growth strategies.
• Track performance metrics and generate insights for improvement.
• Paid Advertising (PPC/Meta Ads/Google Ads)
• Plan and run paid campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Optimize campaigns for ROI, lead generation, and conversions.
• Prepare regular reports on ad performance and budget utilization.
• Content Creation & Marketing
• Create engaging digital content (blogs, creatives, reels, short-form videos, ad copies, etc.).
• Work with the design team to create visually appealing creatives.
• Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and aligned with brand tone.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools, social media platforms, and Google Ads Manager.
• Experience in creating and executing content strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Creative thinking with strong communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,294.94 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
