About the Role:

creative and growth-focused Digital Marketing Executive

You will be responsible for scaling our online presence across social media, running paid campaigns, and managing digital communication for defence aspirants.

This on-site role is ideal for someone who understands education marketing and wants to work in a disciplined, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Google.
• Run paid ads (Meta & Google) for lead generation and admissions.
• Create reels, posters, and content related to NDA, CDS, Army, Airforce & Navy exams.
• Maintain website updates, SEO, and blog posting.
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Build and manage the online reputation of Hind Defence Academy.
• Coordinate with photography/videography team for content shoots.
• Plan marketing strategies for seminars, events, and offline activities.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (Freshers with strong skills can apply).
• Strong knowledge of social media handling, reels creation, and Canva/Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO & analytics.
• Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
• Understanding of education or coaching industry (added advantage).
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience running education-based ad campaigns.
• Knowledge of video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
• Ability to handle high-volume leads during admission season.
• Creative mindset & ability to work under deadlines.
