Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer with at least 2 years of hands-on expertise in Performance Marketing to join our Pune office. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, result-oriented, and passionate about scaling campaigns that deliver ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.

Develop and manage ABM strategies to target high-value accounts.

Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance using analytics and marketing tools.

Drive lead generation, conversion optimisation, and ROI-focused campaigns.

Collaborate with the SEO, social media, and creative teams to ensure integrated campaign success.

Execute email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.

Stay updated on the latest tools, trends, and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing/digital marketing.

Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and Analytics tools.

Proven ability to deliver ROI-driven campaigns and manage ad budgets effectively.

Hands-on knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and ABM strategies.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.
