Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Company: Rathi Group (Welding Electrodes Division)
Location: Kota, Rajasthan
Salary: ₹3 LPA
Experience Required: 0–2 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to promote company products and brand.
Manage the company’s presence across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Create and design engaging posts, videos, and promotional content using tools such as Canva.
Plan, execute, and analyze organic and paid marketing campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.
Write clear and compelling marketing copy, captions, and blog content.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed analytical reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to align digital strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices for digital engagement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
0–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Proficiency in Canva, video editing, and social media analytics.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and analytical ability.
Certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
