Digital Marketing Executive E-commerce

Digital Marketing Executive to lead customer acquisition and repeat orders for our e-commerce brand.

• Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads):
  Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for new customer acquisition and retargeting.
• ROAS & Cost Optimization:
  Monitor daily performance, reduce cost per acquisition, and continuously improve ROAS with data-driven experiments (A/B testing, audience, creatives, bids, etc.).
• Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
  Create and manage email and WhatsApp campaigns for offers, new launches, and reminders to encourage customer reorders.
• Customer Reorders & Retention:
  Set up remarketing flows, win-back campaigns, and nurture sequences to increase repeat purchase rate.
• Word-of-Mouth & Referrals:
  Promote reviews, referrals, and word-of-mouth by engaging existing customers with simple programs, offers, and delightful communication.
• Reporting & Analytics:
  Track key marketing metrics using platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads; prepare weekly performance reports and insights.
• Creative:
  Working with design/content teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and copies that convert; share clear briefs based on campaign goals.

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing (e-commerce experience preferred).
• Skills:
  • Practical experience running campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 and conversion tracking.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and take action to improve ROAS.
  • Good communication skills for writing ad copies, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
  • Strong ownership, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
