Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Digital Marketing Executive cum Trainer who will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies while also training students or internal teams on digital marketing concepts and tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on industry experience along with strong communication and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Executive Role:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Perform SEO (On-page & Off-page), keyword research, and website optimization.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams for marketing initiatives.
  • Manage email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and CRM lead follow-ups.

Trainer Role:

  • Deliver classroom/online training sessions on Digital Marketing concepts.
  • Train students on tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
  • Design course curriculum, assignments, case studies, and assessments.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback and mentoring.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, and SEO tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Prior training or mentoring experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in an EdTech or training institute.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM.
  • Basic understanding of graphic tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.).

CTC: As per industry standards

Joining: Immediate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
