Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:

Beta Byte Technologies is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant digital channels.
• Manage and regularly update company social media accounts to drive engagement and brand visibility.
• Launch and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, traffic, and conversions, using Ads Manager.
• Support SEO (on-page and off-page) and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
• Monitor, track, and report performance of all digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other analytics platforms.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to produce engaging creatives and ad content.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging best practices in digital marketing.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Sound knowledge of Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media marketing.
• Ability to write compelling ad copy and brief creatives effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and implement optimization tactics.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or in a team setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
