About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and organized Digital Marketing & Content Manager to handle strategy, content creation, and digital campaigns across three brands. The role requires someone who can balance content strategy, coordinate video production, and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent growth and a strong online presence for each brand.

Key Responsibilities

Immigration Consultancy

  • Plan monthly strategy & content calendar.
  • Maintain online presence via regular LinkedIn articles, blogs, and video posts.
  • End-to-end video production: idea → script → approvals → setup & shoot→ editor follow-up → QC → posting.
  • Content for titles & thumbnail contents optimized for CTR and reach.
  • Manage promotions & campaigns: Meta Ads, Google Ads (awareness, lead gen, retargeting), WhatsApp campaigns (AiSensy).

- Cooking YouTube Channel

  • Plan monthly strategy & content calendar.
  • Plan and execute channel growth strategies (aligned with the YouTube algorithm).
  • Develop recipe ideas & shoot scripts.
  • Manage posting and cross-promotions across YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

- Bakery Brand

  • Plan monthly strategy & content calendar.
  • Handle daily cake posts, Reels to maintain online presence.
  • Whatsapp Marketing
  • Campaigns for local reach (Instagram, YouTube)
  • Prepare engaging captions and visuals.
  • Identify and execute trending reel ideas for reach & engagement.

Key Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing / social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and WhatsApp campaign tools (Wati or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with content production workflows (from scripting to publishing).
  • Strong sense of visuals, thumbnails, and titles to maximize reach.
  • Basic video direction/editing knowledge; ability to guide editors for high-quality output.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Language - Tamil & English (must)

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience with YouTube-first brands.
  • Knowledge of AI and Storytelling is a Must.
  • Creative mindset for trend-based content (reels, shorts).
