Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to lead online marketing initiatives for our tiles, sanitaryware, and allied product range. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to boost brand visibility, generate quality leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Campaigns

· Create and execute ROI-driven digital marketing strategies.

· Manage online ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

· Monitor and optimize campaign performance.

2. SEO & Website Management

· Improve website ranking with strong on-page and off-page SEO.

· Update website content, product collections, blogs, and offers.

· Implement lead-generation tactics using landing pages, forms, and chatbots.

3. Social Media Marketing

· Develop engaging content for all major social platforms.

· Run paid and organic campaigns to enhance brand presence.

· Follow tile and interior design trends for relevant content creation.

4. Content Marketing

· Write blogs, product descriptions, case studies, and scripts.

· Optimize content for search engines and user engagement.

· Collaborate with designers for high-quality visuals.

5. Email & WhatsApp Marketing

· Execute targeted email campaigns for architects, builders, and customers.

· Use WhatsApp for promotions, catalog sharing, and customer engagement.

6. Analytics & Reporting

· Track KPIs like traffic, leads, and conversions.

· Use tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to optimize performance.

· Prepare monthly reports with data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.

· Experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and content marketing.

· Knowledge of WordPress, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools (preferred).

· Strong analytical, communication, and creative skills.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing.

· Understanding of tile trends and interior design.

· Ability to manage and optimize marketing budgets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
