We're expanding our footprint and looking for a skilled and passionate Digital Marketing Executive to lead our online marketing efforts at our Angamaly branch.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO & Website Management
• Optimize website for search engines (on-page & off-page SEO)
• Regularly update website content and ensure best SEO practices
• Monitor and report website performance using Google Search Console and Analytics
• Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
• Optimize campaigns for ROI, lead generation, and conversion
• Analyze ad performance, A/B testing, and make data-driven adjustments
• Social Media Management
• Create and manage content for social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Grow engagement, followers, and brand presence across platforms
• Monitor trends, respond to messages/comments, and run regular campaigns
• AI Tools & Automation
• Use AI tools for content generation, marketing automation, and performance optimization (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, Zapier, etc.)
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies
• Branding & Lead Generation
• Collaborate with the sales and creative team to align marketing efforts
• Generate quality leads for the real estate business through online channels
• Develop marketing strategies tailored to the real estate industry

Key Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and performance marketing
• Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager
• Proficiency in using digital tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Knowledge in AI tools and their use in digital marketing
• Ability to create engaging content for social media and website
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
• Good communication and analytical skills
