Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Handle daily posts, reels, and stories across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram). Create engaging student-focused content (exam tips, testimonials, results, class highlights). Run and track paid ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads). Content & Campaigns Plan monthly content calendars (course launches, test series, results). Work with faculty team to convert academic content into marketing creatives/videos. Promote workshops, webinars, free demo classes, topper talks. SEO & Website Management Optimize coaching website for Google ranking (keywords: NEET PG, INICET, NEXT PG). Write SEO-friendly blogs (exam strategies, preparation tips, success stories). Track website traffic via Google Analytics/Search Console. Lead Generation & Conversions Run lead generation ads and track conversion funnel (form fills → counseling → admission). Manage email & WhatsApp campaigns (newsletters, reminders, offers). Retarget students who showed interest but didn’t enroll. Analytics & Reporting Weekly report on ad performance, reach, engagement, and lead quality. Track ROI (Return on Investment) from campaigns. Suggest new strategies to increase admissions. Skills Required Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads. Social media marketing (Instagram reels, Telegram groups, YouTube Shorts). SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, keyword research. Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / Premiere Pro for creatives & videos. Email & WhatsApp marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, WA Broadcast).
