Role Description

Digital & Creative Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and publish engaging content (posts, reels, infographics, patient stories) for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all platforms.
• Assist in digital campaign execution for health awareness weeks, corporate tie-ups, and community events.
• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.
• Support reputation management (Google reviews, patient testimonials).
• Edit short videos and reels for campaigns.
• Prepare brochures, posters, and other creative materials for patients and doctors.
• Coordinate with external vendors/agencies for ads, SEO, or printing when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or graphic design.
• Proficiency in 

  Canva

  ; Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar is a plus.
• Basic video editing skills for reels/short-form content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects with deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively and on-site in Ahmedabad
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
