Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries regarding our Digital Marketing courses.

• Counsel students and parents on course details, career opportunities, and institute offerings.

• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to maximize conversions.

• Maintain and update student databases (CRM/Excel).

• Assist in admission formalities and documentation.

• Collaborate with marketing and training teams to enhance conversion strategies.

• Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Marketing, Communication, or Business).

💼 1–3 years of experience in counseling, telesales, or academic advising.

🗣️ Excellent communication in English & Hindi (Punjabi is a plus!).

💡 Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.

⚡ Strong interpersonal, convincing, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualities:

✅ Energetic, confident, and approachable personality.

✅ A good listener with empathy and patience for student queries.

✅ Target-driven and passionate about education & career guidance.
