Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Consultant with a strong interest in content marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing impactful content strategies, managing our digital presence, and supporting lead generation campaigns. This is a high-learning opportunity with exposure to employer branding, personal branding, recruitment marketing, and B2B storytelling.

KRA's

Collaborate with leadership to build and execute digital content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and website.

Assist in planning and creating content calendars, campaigns, and posts aligned with our recruitment services.

Write and edit engaging posts, emails, case studies, pitch decks, and short videos tailored for B2B audiences.

Research industry trends and competitor positioning to create fresh, strategic content.

Work closely with the recruitment and sales teams to create marketing collateral for client pitches and talent acquisition campaigns.

Monitor analytics and generate reports to track engagement and optimize campaigns.

Support paid and organic digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM initiatives).
