Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Digital Marketing Client Relations Manager to manage relationships with our IT-sector clients. This role is key to ensuring client satisfaction, campaign success, and long-term business growth through digital marketing solutions such as Google Ads, PPC, and paid digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for IT clients using our digital marketing services. Understand client objectives and work with internal teams to deliver effective digital campaigns. Manage and grow client accounts by maintaining regular communication and providing performance updates. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling digital marketing services. Monitor campaign metrics and ensure performance aligns with client goals. Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to enhance the client experience. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and IT industry developments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or client relations, preferably in the digital marketing or IT sector. Strong understanding of Google Ads, PPC, and digital marketing strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver a high level of service. Experience using CRM and project management tools. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering client value. Preferred Skills: Certifications in Google Ads or related digital platforms. Familiarity with IT services, software products, or SaaS models.
