Digital Marketing & Campaign Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for the FinTech client for campaign operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders across regions including marketing, legal, product, analytics, and external agencies.
Translate client requirements into actionable campaign plans and ensure timely execution.

Compliance & Data Privacy

Ensure all digital marketing initiatives are compliant with
GDPR
,
CCPA
,
CAN-SPAM
, and other global privacy regulations.
Implement and maintain consent management processes and unsubscribe mechanisms across channels.
Partner with legal and data privacy teams to keep compliance documentation and audit trails current.
Conduct periodic training sessions for internal and client marketing teams on best practices in compliance.

Issue Management & RCA

Identify, document, and resolve campaign execution issues through structured
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
.
Establish corrective and preventive actions to improve future campaign performance and reliability.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Drive operational efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements in campaign management.
Evaluate and onboard tools or automation solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
Share marketing operations best practices across teams and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
