Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive

Looking for a proactive and skilled Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive to strengthen our online presence and expand our customer base. This role is ideal for someone who understands SEO/SEM, online listings, digital branding, and has a strong research mindset to identify new business opportunities across regions and sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

• Manage and improve the company’s SEO & SEM performance to increase visibility.

• Create, update, and optimise Google Business Profile and all relevant business listings.

• Handle trade portal listings (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial, UrbanClap, etc.).

• Monitor online reputation and ensure accurate brand representation across platforms.

• Assist in basic content creation for ads, social media posts, and promotional updates.

2. Research & Lead Generation

• Conduct area wise on-site and off-site market research to identify new prospects and segments (commercial, residential, interior designers, contractors, builders, architects).

• Analyse competitors, pricing trends, and industry developments.

• Generate verified leads from online portals, directories, and on the field research.

• Maintain and update lead sheets, follow-up lists, and conversion pipelines.

3. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with sales team for follow-ups and appointment setting.

• Prepare weekly reports on digital performance, leads generated, and new opportunities identified.

• Recommend strategies to improve online engagement and business visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• 1–3 years experience in Digital Marketing and Business Development (preferred).

SALARY- 10,000-20,000
