Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  through digital and telemarketing channels

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns

  across online and offline platforms
• Manage

  SEO/SEM

  strategies to improve visibility and reach

• Create and manage content

  for social media, website, and marketing materials
• Oversee

  social media management

  (posting, engagement, analytics)

• Design and run email marketing campaigns

  to nurture leads
• Conduct

  market research

  to identify trends and new opportunities
• Perform

  tele sales and follow-ups

  with potential clients
• Organize and conduct

  awareness programs, webinars, and client sessions

• Manage

  CRM software

  for lead tracking and client management
• Provide

  general office administrative support

  when required

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree

  in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred)
• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in business promotion, marketing, or sales

• Digital Marketing experience

  will be given preference

• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in

  Bengali, Hindi, and English
