Job Description

Office Assistant:

The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who has excellent communication skills.

Objectives of this role:

Act as the first point of contact for clients and Associates, ensuring all communication is handled promptly and professionally.
Represent the company to clients and associates.

Responsibilities:

Serving as the first point of contact for customers, associates, and managers.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering and directing phone calls; and handling email, files and mailings.
Provide excellent customer service
Writing letters and Content

Required skills and qualifications:

Excellent written skills in English
Verbal communication skills in Hindi, English and Bengali.
1 year of experience in office administration or executive assistant roles. Freshers can apply.
Bachelors degree in any field. B. Com/ BBA/ B Sc. etc.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred skills and qualifications

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Academic Qualification:
