About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing & Ads Specialist who can lead ad campaigns, generate real results, and contribute to a full-funnel marketing strategy. who thrives on driving ROI, launching powerful Meta & Google Ads campaigns, and understands the broader digital marketing ecosystem-

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and other platforms as needed.
  • Drive lead generation, conversions, and direct sales through strategic performance marketing.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Track KPIs like ROAS, CPL, CTR, CAC, and conversions and provide weekly performance reports and insights.
  • Coordinate with content creators and designers for high-converting creatives and ad copies.
  • Stay on top of ad platform policies, trends, and algorithm changes to maintain compliance and performance.
  • Support in organic digital marketing efforts- including content calendars, posting strategies, engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Contribute to brand visibility through digital PR, influencer tie-ups, and strategic online collaborations.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in running and scaling Meta and Google Ads with clear sales outcomes.
  • Strong command of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
  • Understanding of sales funnels, remarketing, and full customer journey mapping.
  • A solid grip on SEO, email marketing, social media trends, and digital PR is a bonus.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, content, and sales teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a go-getter attitude- you don’t just run ads, you deliver results.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with e-commerce and D2C campaigns.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹42,842.25 per month
