Digital Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic and multi-skilled individual for the role of Advertisement Executive cum Telephonic Support Executive. The ideal candidate will handle advertising and promotional activities while also providing telephonic support to clients. This is a dual-role position involving creativity, communication, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Advertisement Executive Duties:

• Plan and manage advertising campaigns to promote products
• Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and marketing materials
• Run and monitor digital ads (Amazon, Flipkart, Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Analyze ad performance and prepare reports
• Stay updated on trends in advertising and marketing

Telephonic Support Duties:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Provide product information, resolve queries, and assist with basic troubleshooting
• Maintain customer records and follow up on service requests
• Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support

Requirements:

• Diploma / degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
• 1+ year of experience in advertising, marketing, or customer support
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
• Good knowledge of digital advertising platforms preferred
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
