About the Role

Junior Digital Marketer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage social media content tailored for

  Kerala audiences

  across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp channels.
• Create Malayalam and English content such as posts, captions, reels concepts, and ad copies.
• Manage social media pages for the company and clients, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and development teams for timely delivery of marketing creatives.
• Run local lead-generation campaigns for IT services (web development, software solutions, digital marketing packages, etc.).
• Handle WhatsApp marketing, status updates, broadcast messages, and community engagement.
• Conduct basic SEO tasks: keyword research (Kerala/local niche), on-page updates, and competitor analysis.
• Assist in running

  Kerala-targeted paid ads

  on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Prepare weekly performance reports and analytics insights for management and clients.
• Engage with comments, messages, and local community inquiries to boost online presence.
• Track regional trends, festival themes, and cultural moments to create relevant marketing content.
• Support email marketing, landing page updates, and basic CRM entries.
  

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing or social media roles.
• Strong understanding of Kerala online markets, trends, and audience behavior.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
• Good content-writing skills in Malayalam & English.
• Creative mindset with the ability to propose content ideas and strategies.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client/project requirements.
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating Malayalam and English creatives.
• Knowledge of Kerala consumer behavior and popular niches (education, IT services, startups, retail, etc.).
• Experience handling local lead-generation campaigns.
• Understanding of GCC Malayali audience patterns.
