Kidulan.com is Kerala’s fastest-growing D2C baby and kidswear brand, backed by House of Gateway LLP. We specialize in high-quality, affordable dailywear and essentials for newborns to 8-year-olds. We’re expanding our in-house marketing team to scale our digital growth and brand presence.

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Executive (Female) with a minimum of 2 years of experience, capable of managing campaigns, content, and agency coordination. This is a full-time in-house role and not remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and email platforms.
• Collaborate with performance marketing and SEO agencies; manage inputs, track KPIs, and ensure campaign success.
• Create monthly marketing calendars, content ideas, and pitch campaign plans.
• Coordinate with design and product teams to create engaging visual and video content.
• Manage Instagram content, WhatsApp broadcasts, and email outreach for promotions and new launches.
• Work on influencer coordination, content shoots, and social engagement.
• Analyze and report campaign performance; suggest optimizations regularly.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or fashion.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, Email tools, and CRM marketing.
• Confident in content writing, content planning, and team collaboration.
• Experience in coordinating content creation, model/influencer shoots, and promotions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be a female candidate and willing to work on-site full time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
