As we scale, we're looking for a passionate and creative E-commerce Marketing Manager to join our core team and lead our growth journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and run all digital campaigns – WhatsApp, SMS, Email Newsletters, Remarketing, and Offers
• Create and manage campaign calendars for Kidulan and in-house brands
• Bring fresh marketing ideas for both online and offline promotions
• Collaborate with influencers, video creators, and social media teams
• Brainstorm and implement outdoor campaigns in local markets when needed
• Optimize user journeys across the website (with UI/UX teams)
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance
• Coordinate with in-house designers, product listers, and sales teams
• Contribute to festive and seasonal sales with high-converting concepts
• Understand brand voice and adapt content across platforms

Who You Are:

• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or D2C marketing
• Strong understanding of Meta, Google Ads, email/SMS platforms, WhatsApp campaigns
• Hands-on with campaign planning and execution
• Fluent in English with strong communication & writing skills
• Creative, result-oriented, and a team player
• Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing or outdoor promotion planning
• Preferably from Kerala or willing to relocate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
