Digital Marketer cum Performance Marketer

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Digital Marketer cum Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns for our clients. If you’re passionate about online marketing, paid ads, and helping businesses grow through data-driven strategies, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Advertising:

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Run paid ad campaigns to generate leads and improve ROI
• Analyze ad performance, optimize budgets, and maximize campaign results

Client Strategy & Coordination:

• Work with clients to understand their goals and develop monthly marketing plans
• Provide creative ideas and strategies to help clients grow their business online
• Conduct regular online meetings and presentations with clients
• Maintain accurate data and reports of all client campaigns and activities

Social Media Management & Marketing:

• Oversee content calendars, posting schedules, and engagement strategies
• Monitor trends and competitors to improve performance

Innovation & Learning:

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, ad formats, and trends
• Suggest and implement new marketing techniques to improve client results
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new platforms and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing and running paid campaigns
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (preferred)
• Strong understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
• Experience in social media management and content strategy
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns
• Up-to-date knowledge of new tools and digital marketing innovations
• This position is open exclusively to candidates based in Kerala

Employment Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Home)
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am to 6:00 pm)
• Salary: Competitive (based on experience and skills)
