About the Role:

We are looking for a LinkedIn Brand Management Executive who will take full ownership of a client’s presence and performance on LinkedIn and other social media platform of company. You’ll develop and execute content strategies that drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation — helping position clients as industry thought leaders.

The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, and passionate about storytelling, audience growth, and LinkedIn as a lead generation platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a LinkedIn content and engagement strategy for clients.

Understand the client’s niche, tone, and positioning to craft authentic brand communication.

Research and plan high-performing post ideas tailored to target audiences.

Write impactful and engaging LinkedIn posts aligned with the brand voice.

Collaborate with the design team to brief and review visuals and creatives.

Manage engagement — respond to comments, messages, and build relationships with the community.

Track post performance, analyze insights, and optimize content based on results.

Identify lead generation opportunities through outreach, engagement, and targeted campaigns.

Stay updated with LinkedIn trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for organic growth.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm, content formats, and personal branding strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing, personal branding, or lead generation.

Ability to research, plan, and write compelling social media content.

Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and attention to detail.

Comfortable managing multiple accounts or clients simultaneously.

Bonus Points:

Background in Sales, SaaS, B2B Marketing, or AI-driven content.

Experience using tools like Shield, Taplio, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
