The Role:

Lead the brand's entire digital business across D2C (com/app) and partner e-commerce channels. Own the P&L, drive profitable growth, strengthen customer experience, and build a future-ready digital ecosystem.

The Role Requires:

  • Business Strategy & P&L Ownership: Define and deliver digital growth strategy for the Brand across D2C + marketplaces; own revenue, margin, STR and EBIT outcomes.
  • D2C (Growth & Experience): Grow traffic, conversion, repeat rates; ensure seamless CX; experience in managing tech stack and marketing levers (SEO, CRM, loyalty, performance marketing).
  • Partner Channels: Manage strategic relationships with e-com & quick com partners; drive Brand right approach. Right Balance b/w wholesale & marketplace.
  • Trading & Merchandising: Guide the team to build Trading Metrix, product segmentations, right collection mix & adherence to S&OP.
  • Leverage Global: Bring relevant offerings to India market to drive velocity for Partner Businesses & relevance for Brand.com. Get Best practices in other functions to India.
  • Marketing & GTM: Partner with Brand Marketing to deliver cohesive GTMs in both channels & drive brand-elevating revenue.
  • Team & Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing digital team; collaborate cross-functionally (design, sourcing, Marketing, SCM, finance, brand)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 10+ years in e-commerce/digital leadership (fashion/consumer brands preferred)
  • Proven P&L ownership across D2C & marketplaces
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills; analytical, data-driven mindset
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, tech platforms, and marketplace dynamics
  • Experienced people leader with ability to scale teams
  • Familiarity with tools like GA4, Shopify/Magento, CRM platforms, and marketplace dashboards

  • Good communication skills verbal as well written
  • Must have a process-driven approach
  • Must be proactive and a go-getter
